Volcano 1, 2018
Acrylic on canvas sheet
21×29.7 cm

An active volcano presents a formidable spectacle, featuring dense clouds of ash and bright, red-orange lava emerging energetically from the crater. As the lava descends the volcano’s flanks, the atmosphere becomes saturated with sulfur, and the terrain quivers, underscoring the indomitable power of nature. This is the first of the two pieces.
